Ingredients

Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte
  • 2 espresso shots Brew fresh; use 1–2 oz per shot.
  • 1 cup oatmilk Steam until hot and frothy for the creamy texture.
  • 2 tbsp pecan praline syrup Store-bought or homemade; sweetens and flavors the drink.
  • 1 whipped cream Use for topping only.
  • 0.25 cup crushed pecans Sprinkle on top as a crunchy garnish.
  • 1 caramel drizzle Add just before serving for a glossy finish.

Equipment

  • 1 espresso machine
  • 1 milk frother

Method

Brew and Steam
  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso and set aside for layering later.
  2. Steam the oatmilk until hot and frothy, then stop when it has a creamy foam on top.
Assemble the Latte
  1. Pour the pecan praline syrup into a glass, then add the steamed oatmilk.
  2. Slowly pour the espresso shots over the top, letting them layer through the milk.
Finish and Serve
  1. Top with whipped cream, crushed pecans, and a caramel drizzle.
  2. Serve immediately while hot for the best texture and aroma.

Notes

For the cleanest layers, pour espresso slowly over the back of a spoon so it slips through the oatmilk foam. Store-bought syrup can be stirred a bit into the syrup before assembling to prevent any streaks. Refrigerator storage is not ideal since the foam deflates—drink within 10–15 minutes. Freezing is not recommended. If you want less sweetness, reduce pecan praline syrup to 1 tbsp and add more caramel drizzle for flavor without extra syrup volume.
